An Arby's general manager was found dead after being trapped inside the walk-in freezer. According to her family, Nguyet Le entered the freezer, and the door suddenly shut behind her. During this time, no one else was in the restaurant. It is believed she was trapped there for six hours before she was discovered frozen on the floor. The family of the woman who died is suing Arby's and the local franchise. They both deny any wrongdoing.
