Went to see Marcus Miller at the Blue Note on a flying visit from London. To our surprise and delight, Lisa Fischer came up and sang two songs. Apparently she and Marcus were at 'school' together back in the day. I'm guessing he didn't mean high school, but who knows? And if you're going to wear a hat; really wear a hat.
