New build homes give you the opportunity to create your dream, but there are things I've definitely overlooked before that lead to instant regret! It may be only a few weeks or months into the home before realizing... "I wish I'd done that differently!"

These are issues I've run into myself in the past (unfortunately, but learn from my mistakes!) or have made sure that I won't be seeing in the future. I hope it helps. If you've run into any of these or if there are any I've missed be sure to let me know.
