Journeys in Film was thrilled to work with educators from across California in May 2017 as a part of the Tools for Tolerance for Educators program at the Museum of Tolerance. Our professional development for educators, "Smart Women, Strong Voices: Teaching with Hidden Figures and He Named Me Malala" provided educators with interdisciplinary resources and guiding best practices to prepare to teach with film in their own classroom.
