Ingredients for 4 - 5 people
1 large or 2 white onions - chopped
1 400g (14oz)can chopped tomatoes
1 chicken stock/boullion cube
1 heaped tbsp chopped ginger
1 large bell pepper - diced
650g (1.4lbs) chicken thighs or breasts
4 heaped tbsp curry paste
Fill your empty tomato can 1/3rd full and add
2 tbsp chopped coriander/cilantro
