On this livestream, we tested several things on these brand new iPhone 14 Pro Max.

✅You can replace the screen & encounter no negative behaviors. Outside of the "notification" that the screen has been replaced. I didn't swap over the ALS sensor, so didn't see if True Tone carried over. Face ID works!
✅SIM Slot - There's a space in there for it but the SIM slot is just missing. Instead, there is just a plastic spacer there.
✅This device uses the same exact battery connector as the 13 series, so you can use the DT880 + Mechanic iBoot Cable & it'll work.

✅You can activate it using 3u tools and skip the setup.
✅It no longer says "No SIM" in the control panel. It will just be blank.
✅No IMEI when you dial *#06#. But this phone is not activated with any carrier. So maybe that's why?
✅There are 2 longer screws for the plate holding down the plates over the screen, towards the top. So make sure not to mix those up or you can possibly long screw damage the device

✅USA model still has the 5G antenna soldered under the board. So be careful & don't tear it.
✅Found the power button pin you need to prompt to boot.
