Hey! Welcome to day 22 on our P&O Cruises Arcadia World Cruise, where we visited the Capital of the Philippines, Manila! It was our first time in the city, and with only a few hours to see what it has to offer, we chose to visit the BGC, SM Mall, Rizal Park and Manila Cathedral.
