This song “ In Memory of Lynn Ellsworth ” is dedicated to Lynn Ellsworth the founder of Boogie Body Guitars passed away on April 27 due to complications from a stroke he suffered from the previous week and simply did not recover. He was known world wide for his brand. He was basically one of the first Luthier’s to Hot Rod guitars and to use exotic woods for bodies necks and fingerboards. When I first met Lynn in the early to mid seventies Ken Warmoth was working for Lynn and then quit to start his own company called Warmoth Guitars which sold aftermarket guitar parts (necks & bodies) including accessories. Warmoths father had something to do with developing of equipment to build the guitars. This was a long time ago so I am hoping I am somewhat still accurate.
