Crock Pot Chicken Recipe:
Add 2 or 3 chicken breast to the crock pot (whatever you need for amount of people)
One can of cream of chicken soup
1 package of cream cheese (8 oz or so)
1 Italian dressing mix package
(Below is what I did to sub for the Italian mix package)
About 1 tsp of each of the following:
Oregano
Italian seasoning
Garlic powder
Dried thyme
Dried basil

Heat on high 4-6 hours
Serve over jasmine rice

For the broccolini:
Add butter and olive oil to a medium sized pan
Add prepared broccolini (washed and trimmed)
Add salt and pepper and red pepper flakes to taste
Saute for a few minutes until bright green
Add 1/4 cup water and cover with a lid for 5 minutes or until tender
