In Today's Video:
Alice Springs Chicken (serves 4) 6pts a serving
4 thin cut boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
salt & pepper to taste
8 pieces crisp cooked bacon
4 Tbs shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb sliced mushrooms
8 Tbs G Hughes sugar free Honey Mustard Dipping sauce

Cook 8 pieces of bacon until crisp, drain and set aside. Season thin cut chicken breast with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and garlic. Pan sear over medium heat in a spray of avocado oil until cooked through. Remove from heat. Sautee Mushrooms, until golden. To plate, layer 1 chicken chicken breast, then about 1/3 cup cooked mushrooms, 2 pieces of bacon crumbled, 1 Tbs cheddar cheese, and 2 Tbs honey mustard drizzled on top. Optional: sprinkle chopped scallions on top.
