Prinsco was proud to work with Superior Drainage Products, Inc. and Precision Turf, LLC on this sports field renovation at the University of Alabama’s Bryant-Denny Stadium. The project involved building a below-ground SubAir system that would support a switch from rye grass to high-performance Bermuda grass, which requires a longer growing season.

This SubAir system is just one of two in the US with the ability to run forced air and heat underneath the field, along with providing gravity and suction drainage. It required multiple sizes of Prinsco pipe, watertight joints and fabricated fittings highly customized to the system design.
