It's a sad day when an insurance company looks at a video or worse, an insurance adjuster is on site and can't document the repair attempt because their management tells them they can't.
Here you'll see that the adjuster and another person that accompanied him were on site both refused to do their due diligence to determine whether this roof should be a repair or full replacement.
after about 30 minutes on site, this video was produced to demonstrate that the roof is in fact not a repairable roof even though they found 40 plus shingles that were damaged.
I'm asking insurance companies to hire adjusters that do what's best for the policyholder. it appears that a lot of times management gets the last say and most of the management doesn't have any idea how a repair is or is not possible. it appears that they get paid based on an agenda to make more money or save more money.
