February 19, 2011 - Blake Griffin edged his way into the final round of the 2011 NBA Slam Dunk Contest by earning one more point than third place finisher DeMar DeRozan. From there, Griffin's elbow dunk, combined with JaVale McGee's underwhelming final round attempts, led to a convincing fan vote victory.
