With only a few characters left to make compilations for, next up is the Chibi Crime lord, Roman Torchwick! And I know what some of you are thinking, that Torchwick was in almost every scene for the Chibi Neo video. Well, the thing is, since there were a number of scenes I didn't include in the Chibi Neo Compilation, and there are a good number of moments that Torchwick has on his own, so you can classify this one as Best of Chibi Neo (Uncut Edition). Also, what the hell was Ozpin thinking letting a criminal like Torchwick into his Academy???
