I started off this video thinking I was already in Chinatown but somehow I ended up in a local market where I tried a traditional Indonesian Dessert (Kue Pancong). After that I unknowingly bought an afrodisiac from a street vendor. I only realized this when trying it in my hotel room!

When I arrived in the actual Chinatown I ordered a traditional Ice-Tea with Yakult only to find out later that the Yakult was sold out. While having a normal Ice-Tea a friendly lady approached me and invited me for some delicious fish cakes. She also showed me around other places around Chinatown. We even searched for medicinal frogs but couldn't find any.

When we parted ways I got lost in the backstreets of Chinatown and discovered world's most annoying street food stall (non-stop whistling sound).

To end the video I wanted to find the famous Bakso (meatball soup) so I asked around and a friendly local helped to find it. When arrived at the streetfood stall they wanted to send me to the mall instead. I kindly refused and had a semi good bakso.

With my Youtube videos I aim to show a different perspective than what most travel vloggers would do by interacting with people and really getting the local insights of the places I visit. No matter their social background I treat everyone equal. Sometimes this results in awkard conversations but I love it!
