How is Clayton different from University City? They’re both suburbs in St. Louis, Missouri but they have different lifestyles. Today we’re talking all about how they compare! They’re right next to each other and can be similar, but how does Clayton compare to U-City when moving to St. Louis? Let’s talk about it.

Clayton, MO is an urban, city-like suburb in mid-county right next to Ladue, Richmond Heights and Washington University. It has high rise buildings, condos, and office space. University city is the city directly north of WashU and Clayton and is more suburban and also contains the Delmar Loop. U-City is twice the size geographically and in terms of population compared to Clayton.

They both have similarities and differences that we discuss in this video. Which is better? That depends on you! They are 2 very beautiful suburbs of St. Louis.
