I upgraded the headlights on my 93' MX-5 Miata by replacing the sealed beam headlights with a set of Autopal E-code European headlights that I used to have on my MK2 VW Jetta. Light output is much better, and also allows for a larger range of headlights/bulbs to choose from in the future. Using E-code headlights also lets you run European style parking lights (or whatever kind of lights you want to put in there, led, strobe, etc) They also give a slightly different look with a less convex design while still maintaining the iconic round headlight look of the NA MX-5 Miata.
