Final thoughts after shooting the video;
I think swivel fittings are a benefit
Having the top vent in a different location may suit larger turbos/modified setups
For stock location turbos retaining the pcv system and wanting to keep stock hose fitment, look for one near the stock location.

The Mishimoto turbo inlet isn't a bad design, but could be improved in my opinion. Had to trim hose to make it fit.
