Episode 6 & 7 of the Hashtag United Academy generated some controversy and criticism in the comments on    / spencerfc  . Some of it was fair, but some of it was bullying a young lad which I can't stand. I wanted to address some of the stuff in this Instagram story -   / spenfc   - and thought I'd upload it here for anyone that missed it. We take responsibility for not making clearer guidelines for who can enter the series earlier in the process. Adam and Jemel both could have still won though, we just felt that the other candidates didn't come with the baggage that they did which is why we chose others. We take any criticism for that and we've made it abundantly clear in both episodes that we want to include both Adam and Jemel in Hashtag United in the future, we just didn't think they should win the Academy show - that's it. As for targetted harrasment of a young 17 year old that, that has to stop. Otherwise we will be forced to remove the comments from future videos. I hope you guys understand and appreciate we can't stand by while people are being essentially bullied on our watch. I know most of you get it and are on board, but to the vocal minority who like to hide behind anonymity to pick on people unfairly, shame on you.
