Usually when there's an unraced car, it usually belongs to one of those back of the grid Italian-based meme teams from the late 80s or early 90s; when they typically ran out of money and folded before the season started.

But the most famous unraced car of all time, belongs to one of the best known, loved and one of the most successful of all time: McLaren. And it was designed by the Jedi Master of Aero: Adrian Newey.
