Scott Wren, senior global equity strategist at Wells Fargo Investment Institute, joins BNN Bloomberg to discuss his market outlook. Wren says stocks aren't cheap but it doesn't mean they can't get more expensive. He is worried about downside risk for stocks particularly in tech, given equity risk premiums are negative.
