Basic run-down of how to clean chicken of the woods, taking into account that you can find the mushrooms at different stages of growth, and different areas, which all present their own challenges.

I go over the nuts and bolts of processing mushrooms at different stages of growth, and a few different ways I like to cook them. If nothing else, skip to the 4 minute mark and take a look at the greatest chicken I've ever picked.
