Poverty can be eradicated through capacity building Emmanuel Isika is the founder of YIEE which is providing suitable jobs to youths and making the next generation of successful entrepreneurs.

He helps students, fresh graduates and young professionals get either their first or next job fast using a vertical job search strategy.

Through YIEE, he has reached out to over 10, 000+ youths across 9 countries in Africa and helped hundreds get decent green digital jobs through strategic guidance and mentorship.

He is working currently with a Swizardlard-based company Sharma Leadership Institute Inc. In the past, he has worked in fast-paced startups in India and Nigeria alike.
