In this video, I show you and tell you how to use an outlet tester. It is a full tutorial and I go over the basics of using one to test the wiring of the outlets in your house. These are absolutely great if yo are getting a new place and want to make sure that everything is wired correctly without actually looking at the internals of the plug, or if you are experiencing a problem with an outlet and want to get to the bottom of it.
