This homemade crushed green olives, are way better than the ones from the supermarkets.
These crushed olives are one of my family's recipes
that is transmitted from generation to generation.
The process begins by crushing the olives and dipping them in water to remove the natural bitterness from the olive, changing the water from time to time. then season them with simple ingredients that give it the flavor of the old days and the recipes of our grandparents.
