BistroMD is a prepared meal delivery service that specializes in diet meals, specifically formulated by doctors and dieticians for weight loss purposes. Quick note though—this is not a lose weight overnight type of thing. We've reviewed this food box before and I've even tried BistroMD a long time ago when I was in college (and DID lose weight). Special thanks to BistroMD for sending us this box to share our review with you guys :).

What I particularly like about BistroMD is that not only do the meals taste good and there is a lot of variety to choose from, but they also allow me to choose a plan and customize it to my needs. I wouldn't want to only eat BistroMD meals breakfast, lunch, and dinner so I can customize it to my specific lifestyle.
