One of my tenants at the warehouse asked to rent my personal office spaces for $600/mo. I decided to build myself a quick and dirty shipping container office so I could take the deal. I already had the door, windows, and window a/c so this project only cost me about $450 total.
The goal of the project was to not damage the shipping container in any way with screws, welding, or holes. I used hose clamps to attach my framing to the tie downs throughout the container. If needed, I could disassemble this office in a half day and return the container 100% to original condition.
I bought this container (40 foot high cube) a few years ago for $3000.
