There are many recipes for salting lard. Every region, every village has its own recipes and cooking secrets. Today I'm going to tell you one of my favorite ways to salt lard. Cooking recipe and ingredients:

800 g lard.
Divide into 3 parts.
Sprinkle some salt at the bottom of the cup.
Coat the lard pieces well with salt.
Sprinkle more salt on top.
Cover with cling film.
Place in the refrigerator for 2 days.
2 days later.
Remove excess salt.
This salt absorbed excess moisture from the lard well.
Let's throw away this wet salt.
And add new salt.
We repeat the same process.
Sprinkle salt on top.
Cover with cling film.
Place in the refrigerator for another 2 days.
Remove excess salt.
To put on a plate.
2 teaspoons paprika.
1/2 teaspoon red pepper.
1/4 teaspoon chili flakes.
2 cloves of garlic.
2 tablespoons water.
Mix well.
Brush the first piece of lard with the prepared hot sauce.
Sprinkle the cutting board with paprika.
It is good to coat the lard on all sides.
Wrap in parchment paper.
Let's take care of the second piece of lard.
2 cloves of garlic.
Rub garlic well.
Crushed bay leaf.
Rub in the lard well.
Sprinkle with black pepper.
Wrap in parchment paper.
2 cloves of garlic.
Rub garlic well.
Cut a bunch of dill.
It is good to dip a piece of lard in dill.
Wrap in parchment paper.
Place in the refrigerator for 2 days.
