Equipped with a fully electric dustless cutting machine and servo synchronous control of the platform, it perfectly realizes dustless cutting with high-precision, and synchronous chamfering, no need for offline secondary chamfering, which greatly improves the work efficiency; with big flexibility which can meet customized cutting requirements of different length.
The Siemens programmable PLC control system is applied, which achieve the remote cloud control through PC or mobile terminals, and real-time monitoring of operation status, automatically collection of warehouse information, truly realize the comprehensive solution for industry 4.0.
