Another great character from Outsider, pretty close to how Mystique should play ideally, but she was very limited with accumulating effects and overlapping skins.
I gave her:
-block hotkeys
-the ability to quickly shift back and forth between forms without getting stuck with a skin
-able to revert to her normal form with her taunt, which can also be cut and chained into a roll or attack
-an evasive roll that can chain into attacks
-turned her deception move into another roll so she can become invisible on the move
-shapeshifting chains from her evasive roll, her taunt and block, so she has access to all shift abilities without remapping, just press buttons during each of those moves, or ignore it and stick to the usual mappings
