So easy to make and you probably already have the ingredients in your fridge!

This recipe makes 3/4 - 1 cup of cream cheese, depending on the fat content of your milk.

Can be scaled up or down, just use one tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar to 500mL of milk :)

Recipe:

1.5L of top quality, high fat milk
3 Tablespoons of lemon juice
